Every step of the way — from arranging a consultation with the clinic's team in the UK, to the last soft-food meal before you fly home — Andy and Jon are on hand. Here's exactly what that looks like.
We arrange your first check-up with the clinic we personally chose after our own months of research — and it happens right here in the UK. The clinic's team travel over to meet you in person, assess your case, and answer every question, before you've committed to anything or booked a single flight. Alternatively you can send a panoramic dental X-Ray and the professors will assess it and give you feedback and quotation.
Once the clinic understands your case, we help you arrange a clear, itemised treatment plan: what's being done, in what order, over how many visits, and what it will cost. No vague promises — a proper plan you can take your time to review.
We help you sort flights, accommodation, and timing around your treatment schedule, including enough recovery time so you're not rushing home before you're ready.
This is where "accompanied" really means something. Andy or Jon travel to Turkey alongside you, so you're never navigating a new city, a new clinic, and major dental surgery entirely on your own.
Nerves before major dental work are completely normal. We're there in the run-up to your treatment — a familiar, reassuring face who has personally sat in that same chair.
Recovery is when support matters most, and it's often when people feel most alone. We check in on you at your hotel, help with anything you need, and make sure you're never far from someone who understands exactly what you're going through.
One detail people rarely think about until it's a problem: what do you actually eat after major oral surgery? We take you to restaurants that specialise in soft, nutritious food suited to people recovering from dental treatment — so mealtimes stay something to look forward to, not something to dread.
Once you're home, we stay in touch to check on your recovery and if required, help coordinate any follow-up care with the clinic, so the support doesn't stop the moment you land back in the UK.
We only work with the clinic we chose ourselves, after extensive independent research into their surgical team and outcomes.
Not a rep at the airport. Someone who has been through major treatment themselves, with you before, during and after.
From hotel check-ins to soft-food restaurants, we think about the details that make recovery genuinely comfortable.
